Terms and Conditions for the supply of Easter Chocolate Moulds:
1. Freight / Courier charges to be borne by customer.
2. VAT @ 13.5% will be charged extra. Other levies such as octroi, etc. to be paid
by the buyer. Please furnish us your VAT / TIN No.
3. Please confirm availability of the moulds before placing your Purchase Order.
A formal Quotation can be sent on request.
4. The Demand Draft favouring “R. B. Mangharam Foods Limited” payable at
Bangalore for the full amount must accompany your confirmed Purchase Order
5. Please ensure that all orders reach us by 07th March 2011 to ensure delivery in
time for Easter.
6. Price validity : 30 April 2011.
